Told mostly in his own words, the HBO documentary ‘Robin Williams: Come inside my mind’ is the next SpringFilm LiveStream and discussion. Comedy legend Williams began his career in stand-up in the 1970s before his break-out title role in ‘Mork and Mindy’ and went on to star in dozens of beloved movies before his tragic death in 2014. Featuring interviews with Williams and contemporaries including Steve Martin, Eric Idle and Whoopi Goldberg the film also features outtakes and clips from William’s stand-up routines. Directed by Marina Zenovich, the film was described by Variety as being “sharp-edged, humane, and deeply researched enough to take you closer to the manic engine of Williams’ brilliance and pain”.
